Marek Jabłoński

University professor, Dean of College of Management and Quality Sciences at Krakow University of Economics. He is Scientific Secretary of the Commission on Organisation and Management Sciences at the Krakow Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on technological progress and its impact on work content, modern management concepts, HR management, and remuneration systems. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and an expert in research and implementation projects with public and private enterprises, particularly in improving management and compensation systems.
